Overview

This website is operated by Peterburg Industrial & Design Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). By using this website you agree to comply with the following terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Product Information

We endeavour to ensure that product information is accurate, but we do not warrant that all descriptions, images and prices are entirely free of error. Where an error is found, the Company reserves the right to correct it. Product images may differ slightly in colour from the actual product due to differences in screen display.

Vehicle Compatibility

In-channel wind deflectors are vehicle-specific accessories. Please confirm your vehicle make, model and year before purchase. Where a return or exchange arises from ordering the wrong vehicle model, shipping costs are payable by the buyer. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us before purchase.

Orders and Payment

Once an order is placed, the system will send a confirmation email.
The Company reserves the right to cancel an order due to insufficient stock or a pricing error, and will issue a full refund.
Prices are those displayed on the website at the time of ordering. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices.

Product Warranty Period

This product carries a one-year quality warranty. Where the body of the wind deflector deforms or cracks other than through human causes, it will be replaced with a new product free of charge.

Where the mounting flange breaks due to improper installation, the breakage is not covered by the warranty and the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty Terms

On presentation of the warranty card, within one year of the shipping date, where the body of the wind deflector deforms or cracks other than through human causes, it will be replaced with a new product free of charge.
This product is made of PMMA acrylic glass. Please take care during installation. Where the mounting flange breaks due to improper installation, repair is free of charge within 3 months; after 3 months a repair fee of NT$200 applies. Repairs take 2 days (excluding shipping time and shipping costs).
A break in the body of the product cannot be repaired. A partial break in the mounting flange can be repaired (up to 10 cm in length only; beyond this we recommend purchasing a new product).
Items modified by the user, which affect or damage the function of the product, are not covered by the warranty.
Shipping costs both ways for warranty repairs are payable by the buyer.
Lost warranty cards cannot be replaced. Please keep yours safe.
When sending a product in for repair, please enclose this warranty card or a photograph of the trademark as proof.

Not Covered by the Warranty

During the warranty card period, the Company reserves the right to decline requests arising from the following causes or from damage to the function of the product:

Modification of the specification or components of the wind deflector by the user, improper use, or use not in accordance with the operating instructions.
Deformation, distortion, cracking of the body, scratching or damage of the wind deflector caused by external force, baking (paint or detailing work), use of organic solvents, or human causes.
Vehicles on which the window frame no longer matches the original specification due to removal and baking, replacement of the window seal, or other modification.
Expiry of the warranty period stated on the warranty card, or failure to present the warranty card.
Warranty cards whose contents do not match the product, or which have been altered or are illegible.
Warranty cards on which the shipping date has not been completed are treated as void.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, logos and web design, is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be copied, modified, distributed or used for any commercial purpose without the Company's written consent.

Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for delay in or failure of performance caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, epidemics and the like).
The Company is not liable for damage caused by improper installation or use of the product by the user.

Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of a dispute, both parties agree that the Kaohsiung District Court, Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
